Submit a Pitch

Submissions are reviewed and published on a rolling basis. Whether you are a university student, professor, or community stakeholder at large, we would love to feature your voice in our publication.

We consider submissions from:

Columbia University affiliates
Affiliates of other universities
Community group representatives, especially from Harlem, New York City, and New York State

If you are a high school student seeking publication, we encourage you to submit to our annual high school essay contest.

If pre-written, submissions must fall under 2,000 words and will undergo substantial revision to ensure conformity with the Review’s editorial guidelines.
